I chose the topic of Health and Wellness for my blog because it is a subject that has helped me in various ways, from healing my gut to helping with my anxiety, and I would like to share my experiences. I came up with the title of my blog, Your REM Stage, through my experience tracking my sleep cycle. While you sleep, there is a cycle called the REM stage where most of your dreaming happens, which indicates good sleep; if you haven’t dreamt lately, that is a sign that you are sleep-deprived. Throughout this blog, I will create posts with a multitude of tips that have helped me stay on track of my health as well as lessons I’ve learned throughout my journey. I am not an expert on the topic, but I will be giving my opinion on what has worked for me and may possibly work for you. Since the health and wellness field is quite extensive, I will try and give my input on various topics such as posts on recipes that have kept my body healthy, how to track your sleep, and how to shift your mindset to create the future you want.
